Saturday, 7th November: All
runs will start at the same runsite at Kampung Madsiang and will be A to A
runs. One or more runs may yet be modified but will follow the same pattern. Click on the thumbnail below

page. Sunday, 8th November: All runs will start at the same runsite at the Penampang Sports Complex swimming pool. The Red Dress Run will flag off at 9:00 am, the Medium Run at 12:00 noon and the short run at 12:30 pm. Bring your bathing suits for a swim after your run.
